I haven't posted anything in loooong time.  So here's a quick update.  The Trip West was wonderful.  Teresa and I loved hiking in the redwoods (although it was a bit chilly and wet).  The time in San Fran was ok but not even close to the redwoods experience.

I went to see the movie, "The Passion of the Christ", and will see it again this Saturday.  We are having a disicussion Sunday night @ 6 pm that I will facilitate.  Last Friday 32 from our BFYG went.  I am looking foward to seeing how the "old folks"  and  "young folks" saw the film and what kind of things they brought away from the experience.

Well that's all for now. c ya

Ok, Guys.  you said write if you want someone to read it. So I am.  Let me know if you read this or if it dissapears into cyber space!

Teresa and I are excited about our trip to Oregon this Thursday.  We're going to be in Newberg Oregon for 4 day while I attend the EFI (EvangelicalCoordinating Council) meetings.  I represent our Yearly Meeting so they are paying my airfare and accomodations.  All we have to pay is Teresa's airfare!  Then on Sunday after noon Teresa and i will rent a car and travel to Northern California to sepnd two days hiking in the Redwoods!  After that we will drive to San Franscicoand spend a day frore we fly back to Ohio.  It should be an awesome time.  I am even looking forward to the 13 hours of driving!

Pray for Kelly as she leads the Bible study Sunday night.

this is all new to me.  I've only read a few blogs and I'm not at all sure what to do with this one.  I may ramble on forever (like I'm sure people who listen to my sermons sometimes think) or this might be my only post.

Let me know if you've read this and give me ideas, pointers, hints, questions -- whatever
